Ayurvedic individual guidance aims to balance one's own challenges, through yogic and Ayurvedic understanding. Its methods include various nutrition, lifestyle tips, fasting therapies, meditations and yoga practices, discussion, guidance & reflection. The instruction is based on kundalini yoga and yogic understanding of body, mind, and soul. In addition if needeed the guidance uses tools related to Ayurveda, kundaliniyoga philosophy, tantricnumerology, social sciences, and understanding of modern psychology methods.

Ayurvedic guidance:

  • Discovering of your life situation and the biggest factors causing imbalances

  • Make an assessment of your body type (the assessment is not the same as the assessment made by an Ayurvedic doctor)

  • Finding solutions to restore balance through individual means, nutrition and yoga exercises/breathing or meditation exercises, and lifestyle changes

  • The guidance includes individual instructions for your life situation, nutritional instructions and instructions for balancing the Ayurvedic type assessment, and suitable yoga practice or meditation to support the prosess.

Sanja Shanti Nam

Ayurvedic instruction is based on Ayurvedic nutritional guidance. It uses tools from yogic science of uncerestanding how to create body-mind balance. Sanja has studied health and well-being in numerous different educations. The Ayurvedic topic has deepened through the teaching of yoga and in deepening studies of yoga. In addition, Sanja has studied nutrition science at a functional college, as well as nutrition and humane sciences in the social field and psychology at the University. In her own studies, Sanja has focused on exploring the healing dimensions of Ayurveda and meditation. She has studied to become an Ayurvedic nutrition instructor. Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance is based on a multidisciplinary understanding of humanity and well-being. The main focus is on kundalini yoga and Ayurveda's views on the nature of humanity and life.
