The purpose of the 40-day practice is to strengthen the ability to do daily practice and deepen the yoga process. After 40 days of repeating the same series, we learn more deeply to add the energy that one practice brings to our lives and increase mental clarity. Doing the practice for 40 consecutive days strengthens consciousness and helps you become aware of the repetitive patterns of your mind. With regular practice, we begin to recognize these thoughts and behaviors and can change them for the better. In this course, I want to support your journey forward on the yoga path.

Content of the course

What does the course include?

  • 15-30-minute yoga set as a daily practise for 40+ days for your use.

  • 3 meetings in Zoom online mode, 5 pm (UTC +2). Durating from 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on the group’s needs.

  • Recordings of all the meetings at free use at the length of the practice cycle.

  • The theory part of the 15-minute exercise is available for 40+ days.

  • On the community platform of group support, 40 days group practises | Facebook platform or Whatsapp group

Home practice with recording & meetings:

  • For 40+ days, you will receive a recording of the practice, which you can repeat at home at a time convenient for you during the day.

  • The recording of the practice includes an instructional video with a duration of aproximately 15 minutes and an actual exercise video with a duration of 15-30 minutes.

  • The training video includes warm-up movements and a meditation/pranayama. Exercises change from one training round to another (the practice is the same for 40 days)

  • For 40 days, you can make a 30-minute exercise video with warm-up movements in its entirety, or just the meditation/breathing exercise part, duration approx. 15 minutes

Meetings in Zoom or on recordings:

  • During the course, we meet online in Zoom three times. We catch up, support, share and practice together.

    • We meet at the beginning of the training cycle, which gives you a more comprehensive understanding of the training (duration 1-1.5 hours).

    • Halfway through the cycle, we do the exercise together and exchange experiences (duration 1 hour)

    • At the end, we meet and do an exercise together. We share experiences of a 40-day trip (duration 1-1.5 hours, sharing is voluntary).

  • The meetings support staying in the exercise and sharing and integrating the growth process it brings.

  • You can participate in live meetings or with recodrings, whichever suits you best.

  • You will receive recordings of all meetings of the course for 40+ days.

  • The training practice changes after 40 days, after which a new training round is started

2024 training cycles/schedule

  • The meeting always starts at 5 p.m. Finnish time. (UTC+2)

  • If you can't join the meetings, you can participate with recordings.

  • You can always join the exercise afterwards, in which case you will have access to the recordings for 40+ days.

    The training cycle starts with the new moon cycle, when the energy of the moon and planets best supports the initiation of change. The themes of the exercises will be specified closer to the time. The exercises are chosen to be the most suitable for the time intuitively.

    The theme is feminine energy (shakti), fluidity, creativity, self-esteem, vitality, and femininity (if you are a woman, for men, respectively, balancing the inner feminine and connecting with your feminine essence to strengthen masculinity)

Preparing for class

Download the Zoom application to your computer and reserve a quiet space for yoga. Prepare for class by providing yourself with a yoga mat, blanket, pillow to ease sitting, and water. After booking the class, you will receive a link to the remote yoga session at latest 1 hour before the class starts, and at the same time, you will receive more information about how to participate. You can enter the yoga room if you have a valid fee.
