40 Days group practise
The purpose of the 40-day practice is to strengthen your ability to do daily practice and deepen your yoga process. After 40 days of repeating the same series, we learn more deeply to add the energy that one practice brings to our lives and increase mental clarity. 40 days strengthens consciousness, and helps to become aware of the repetitive patterns of the mind, with it we recognize in ourselves we can also begin to change our lives. In this course, I want to support your journey forward with yoga
On a 40-day training:
We gather together to do the exercise 3 times online
-You will receive an instructional video lasting approx. 15 minutes and an actual training video with a duration of 30 minutes.
-The training video includes warm-up movements and a varied meditation/pranayama practice (with 40 days the practice is the same)
For 40 days you can make a training video with 30min warm-up movements in full, or just a meditation/breathing exercise, duration approx. 15min
If you wish, you may join the Sanjaasiyoga community platform (https://www.facebook.com/groups/443491034367913), where you can share your experiences or ask questions during the practice process.
2025 training cycles/schedule
The meeting starts 5 pm (UTC+2, HKI timezone). If you are unable to attend the meetings, you will receive a recording of them if you wish.

Each cycle has +2 weeks time to see the recordings before expiration.
What does the course consist of?
The course is attended 3 times. The first time you will receive instructions on how to do the exercise, the second time you will do the exercise together halfway through the trip, and the last time you will again do the exercise together and share a little of our experience together (sharing is optional).
For 40 days, you will receive a link to a recording of the exercise, which you can play at home at a convenient time during the day.
The training session changes after 40 days, after which a new training round begins
Price:
The price of one course is 39,00€. The price is the same for all participant groups.
Payment and registration with benefits:
You can also pay for the course with benefits. When paying with benefits, register via email and pay for the course in the benefits application.
