Kundalini-Shakti yoga:
Varying weekly classes of Kundalini yoga remotely and as weekly recordings. You can participate in yoga from wherever you want. The class combines stretching and relaxing asanas, classic kryia practices of Kundalini yoga, meditations and pranayamas. Each class is different and gives an experience of deep balance and flow of transformative energies, increasing the experience of healing and inner peace.

Payment and registration can also be done with the most common benefit applications used in Finland (Edenred, Smartum, Epassi). Make a payment in the app and send the image capture to info@sanjaasiyoga.com.
10x card is valid for 5 months from the first use, and is also valid for other Sanjaasiyoga classes, not classes in other locations.
Participation:
After purchasing a 10x card, you will receive link to the yoga space where you can come to the classes freely 10 times via the link, if you prefer a recording please let us know by email info@sanjaasiyoga.com.
You can participate in varying degrees remotely/via recording.
The recording will be available for one week. The recording is uploaded to the playlist the next day and is valid for one week. Recordings from a longer period can be inquired info@sanjaasiyoga.com.
