Sadhana (english)
The morning sadhana is a donation-based morning exercise open to all. The sadhana loads our mind and body with the frequency of the Aquarian energy. Sadhana consists of a 2,5-hour practise, in which the long mantra Japji Sahib is read first, followed by kriya of kundalini yoga, which includes asana practice and pranayama. For the last hour, we recite the Aquarian sadhana mantras. Welcome to get great energy for the day and the whole week!
The instructors are kundalini yoga teachers. No need to be knowledgeable about kundalini yoga or meditation, everything is advised in the class. All teachers are also welcome to participate in the holding of the sadhana, if you would like to participate please contact: info@sanjaasiyoga.com

The morning sadhana is a donation-phased practice that is also done by teachers and volunteers. However, it is good to put the energy in circulation, when you get, it is good to give. You can choose the amount of payment. If you wish to donate bigger amount choose muliple options. The proceeds will be donated to charity to support the teachings.
